Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
APCC Solutions ("APCC Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") operates apccsolutions.com and the Compliance Compass™ assessment and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Services.
Information you provide: your name, email address, business role, number of locations you operate, responses you enter into the Compliance Compass assessment, information you provide when booking a discovery call, and any messages you send us.
Payment information: when you purchase a product, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number; we may receive limited transaction details such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing status.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.
How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and deliver the Services and any products you purchase; generate and send your assessment results; schedule and conduct discovery calls; process payments; respond to your inquiries; send you service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time; and maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Services.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services, under agreements that limit their use of your information — for example, Stripe (payment processing), BookMeNow (scheduling), and our email/CRM provider (delivering results and communications).
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at hello@apccsolutions.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; contact us to exercise them and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for childcare business owners and operators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Note: the Compliance Compass assessment is about your business's compliance practices and is not intended to collect information about individual children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
