These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apccsolutions.com, the Compliance Compass™ assessment, The Audit-Ready Childcare System, and related products and services (the "Services") provided by APCC Solutions ("APCC Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

We provide compliance resources, digital products, an educational readiness assessment, and consulting for childcare business owners and operators. Some parts of the Services are free; others require payment.

Not legal or professional advice

The Services, including the Compliance Compass assessment, The Audit-Ready Childcare System, templates, checklists, and any guidance, are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and do not guarantee any licensing, inspection, or compliance outcome. Compliance requirements vary by state and change over time. You are responsible for verifying your own obligations and, where appropriate, consulting qualified professionals and your licensing authority.

Purchases and payment

Prices are stated at checkout and are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Digital products are delivered electronically and access is provided after successful payment.

License and acceptable use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own childcare business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or claim authorship of our products or content. All content and materials in the Services are owned by APCC Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Bookings

Discovery calls and consulting sessions may be scheduled through our booking provider. Please provide accurate information and give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results described are typical or guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APCC Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APCC Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
